StemXLR8 is made with USA proprietary technology from umbilical cord stem cells obtained from consenting, screened donors. The entire process is strictly regulated by the FDA and abides by cGMP, also known as current Good Manufacturing Processes.

Women under the age of 35 who are undergoing a scheduled c-section are eligible to be donors if they pass a rigorous screening process. Our Medical Director reviews the history, and lab work is performed to check for communicable diseases. If approved, the umbilical cord tissue is obtained at the time of the c-section and immediately taken to our State-of-the-Art lab for processing.

During the processing, the umbilical cord tissue is very carefully handled to ensure the highest viability of the stem cell growth factors, cytokines and stem cell exosomes. The tissue is placed into the Bio-Reactor, which reliably cultures the umbilical stem cells and exponentially multiplies the concentration of the stem cell derived exosomes, growth factors and cytokines.

Additional proprietary processes are then used to ensure the highest possible purity and concentration of the formula, along with sterility testing as required by the US FDA. Only when StemXLR8 has passed all regulatory and quality assurance measures is it packaged into the vials for human use with a nebulizer (atomizer).

At that point the vials are kept in a cryogenic freezer to ensure the highest viability possible until ready for customer shipping. The stem cell exosomes are active for up to 3 months once shipped.
